Catholic Apologist and Speaker, MATT FRADD

I'm a Catholic apologist and speaker. That means I specialize in defending the Catholic faith: the existence of God; the historicity of Jesus; the truth claims of the Catholic Church. I hope to do it in an relatable way that will help you learn the faith and defend it with charity and confidence.

1 Pedro 3,15

My work is about reading the Bible — reading it with you, and reading it “from the heart of the Church.”

We are called to be trusting children of God and of the Church, our mother. My studies have led me to realize that we are privileged to read the sacred page within an unfathomable community: the communion of saints, the voices of Catholic Tradition, the great cloud of witnesses from all of history. Our guide is the Holy Spirit, working through the Church's Magisterium.

Most importantly, we have the great gift to read the Bible in its natural and supernatural habitat: the liturgy. The Bible and the liturgy were made for one another. In the Old Testament and the New, the Scriptures presume, prescribe, and describe the ritual life of God’s people…of us…for us! The Bible gives us both the content and context of the liturgy — even as the liturgy provides our context for understanding the Scriptures. If we read the Bible as it was written, we'll read it from the heart of the Church. It is the heart of Jesus.

All we have to do is open the Word and be open to learning about it, about Him. My work has been focused on helping you to that end. You'll find here my books and CDs/DVDs and you can find information about upcoming events, but I've also added long lists of other resources which I've found helpful. Look, too, at the rich content on the separate site of the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology, the apostolate I founded, which is a non-profit research and educational institute that promotes life-transforming Scripture study in the Catholic tradition.

Jesse Romero, On Fire Evangelization

As St. Jerome taught, “Ignorance of Scripture is ignorance of Christ.”  Therefore, study the Bible from a historically Catholic-Christian perspective, with an emphasis on living out your Catholic Faith with a positive excitement that comes from the sure biblical knowledge that Jesus Christ, God-made-Man, is deeply and passionately in love with each of us — each presentation is offered in a Christ-centered, spirit-filled & evangelical style.

Jesse Romero has a Masters Degree in Catholic Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH. Before and since then, he has spent his time teaching, speaking, writing, and giving Bible studies and conferences on all matters Catholic. Jesse is also serving at the parish level as the director of religious education at a small but growing parish 40 minutes north of Los Angeles, CA.

Jesse is available to speak to your group or conference in English or Spanish about the Bible, the Catholic Church, Biblical theology and numerous other Catholic topics. If you would like to book him for your conference or event, check out the calendar and get in touch with him.

After rediscovering his Catholic roots, Jesse studied and prayed his way back to a fervent on-going practice of the Catholic Faith. Through his experiences with non-Catholics and fallen-away Catholics alike, Jesse is well-versed on all Catholic issues and topics and, as a bilingual speaker, specializes in evangelization, youth events, apologetics seminars, conferences of all sizes and bible studies.

Jesse holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Mount St Mary's College in Los Angeles and he has a Masters Degree in Catholic Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio. As the proud parents of Paul, AnnMarie and Joshua, Jesse and his wife Anita have been happily married for 29 years.

Hector Molina, Apologetics

Hector Molina is a dynamic, bilingual Catholic speaker, evangelist, and apologist with over 20 years of experience in professional pastoral ministry and leadership in the Church.

At the age of fifteen, Hector attended a youth retreat that would awaken in him a passion for sharing the truth of the Catholic faith. It was during his early years as a youth minister that he discerned his call to professional lay ecclesial ministry.

Hector pursued his theological studies at St. John's University in Queens New York while serving as Pastoral Associate in his native Diocese of Brooklyn. He served in this capacity for over a decade before relocating to the Archdiocese of St. Louis where he served for six years as Director of Hispanic Ministry and later as founding Director of The Office for the New Evangelization.

In 2009, Hector launched his own full-time speaking apostolate through which he ministered to tens of thousands at Catholic events throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

With his great wealth of knowledge and pastoral experience, Hector has developed a solid reputation as being one of the most passionate and articulate expositors and defenders of the Catholic faith, who continues to inspire the faithful to a deeper love for Christ and his Church.
